RN (Registered Nurse)

Location

  • Nampa, Idaho

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Travel assignment
  • 12-hour night shifts
  • 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN experience in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and OR circulation/triage
  • 3+ years of experience in Women’s Services
  • Experience with mother-baby care
  • Experience attending deliveries and completing 1 hour of newborn care
  • Experience circulating C-sections
  • Experience providing postpartum couplet care
  • Experience with magnesium
  • Ability to titrate drips

Certifications

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • STABLE

Schedule and Unit Details

  • No call required
  • Weekend shifts as needed
  • Floating required to primary skill areas at multiple sites, including as a sitter
  • 4 shifts of unit-specific orientation
  • Charge nurses do not take an assignment
  • Resource and triage support are available on the unit

Additional Notes

  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • Hospital-issued scrubs are required
  • No acrylic or gel nails allowed
  • Radius rule applies for candidate residence verification

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
