Job Details
- Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Home Health (1 year of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with multiple screenings and verifications including FACIS 3M, NURSYS, OIG, SAM Sanction, and others
- Annual completion of TB survey/questionnaire and fit mask test
This position is for a Registered Nurse providing home care services with a standard daytime shift and a 13-week contract.
