Home Health Registered Nurse
Job Overview
- Location: Marlton, New Jersey
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Provide home health nursing care for patients discharged from hospitals and nursing facilities.
- Common patient needs include wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, heart failure, diabetes, oncology, post-surgical care, and orthopedic care.
- Productivity expectation is 6 visits per day or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN license
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of recent home health experience
- Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Med Surg experience
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with OASIS
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule Expectations
- Every 5th weekend
- Every other holiday
