Job Overview
- Location: Prineville, Oregon
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift options: 4x10s Monday–Thursday or 3x12s Friday–Sunday
- Daily caseload: 40 patients
- Weekend requirement: Based on selected schedule
- On-call: Not required
- Floating: Possible, but unlikely
- Local candidates: Not accepted within a 75-mile radius
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- Requested time off limit: 7 total days during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- Experience with Epic
Work Setting
- Common equipment: PACS
- Common procedures/scans: General, OB/GYN, Renal/Pelvis, Vascular
Application Requirements
- Proof of address required for local radius verification
- Background check required
- Diploma or transcript required
- Education verification required
- Photo for badge required
- Signed facility compliance and access documents required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination or declination required
- TB clearance and annual TB questionnaire required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation required
- Negative 12-panel drug screen required
- Flu vaccination or declination/exemption required during flu season
- COVID vaccination record preferred if previously vaccinated; declination or exemption required if never vaccinated
- Respiratory safety clearance required
- Skills checklist required annually
