Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
Preferred
- CPI or equivalent
Role Summary
- Provides and coordinates patient care for the assigned unit
- Performs initial assessments, reassessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluation of care
- Participates in patient and family education, discharge planning, and point-of-care testing
- Supports unit teamwork, communication, orientation of new staff/students, and a positive work environment
