- BLS issued by American Heart Association

Other Important Details
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
- No requested time off will be accepted
- All scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application
- Traveler must include permanent address in the profile
- Dress code: olive green scrubs
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
- Mileage is paid for travel to and from the main office only, not from housing
