Job Overview
- Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience in Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Stroke experience
Additional Job Details
- Meditech experience preferred
- Must be able to work 2 of 3 holidays
- Local candidates are accepted within a 65-mile radius
- Must stay within 30 minutes of the facility in case of emergency
- Travel pairs are not accepted
Clinical Competencies
- Stroke signs and symptoms competency
- Bedside dysphagia screening competency
- Familiarity with current stroke guidelines and performance measures for acute ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes
Compliance Notes
- References: 2 clinical references required
- Background check and health screening documentation are required before start
- Photo badge submission is required before start
