Job Details
- Location: Madill, Oklahoma
- Employment type: Travel
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Hours per week: 36
- Patient load: 1:1; 6–10 patients per day
- Role setting: Swing bed with minimal outpatient
- Call: No call required
- Floating: No floating required
- Time-off restriction: RTO blackout dates apply from 6/1/26 to 6/12/26
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Preferred Qualifications
- Geriatric experience
- Swing bed experience
Additional Notes
- Auto offers only; no interviews
- EMR used: Cerner
- 48-hour guarantee cannot be accommodated
