Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct nursing and patient care operations
- Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards across infant to geriatric patients
- Maintain performance improvement activities and participate in CQI activities
- Assure competency of nursing personnel
- Assist with budgeting and maintain efficient departmental operations in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
