Description
Now Hiring: Director of Women's Care (RN)
Unit: L&D (Labor and Delivery)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts)
Shift: Primarily Monday–Friday; occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 5+ years of RN experience
- 2+ years of leadership/management experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Women's Care nursing operations
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Supervise, develop, and maintain nursing staff competencies
- Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance
- Assist with budgeting and efficient department operations
Additional Information:
- Epic EMR
- Unexpired driver's license required at submission
- 100-mile radius rule applies
