- Pharmacist (2 years of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- 2 years of infusion experience
Role Summary
- Ambulatory infusion pharmacist responsible for order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients.
