Overview

Travel RN position in Belfast, Maine
Specialty: Circulator
2 openings

Schedule

4 days per week
9-hour day shift
Shift time: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
36 guaranteed hours per week
Call required, including rotating weekends and rotating holiday call

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of experience in OR - Operating Room
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS

Unit Details

Operating room setting with 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms
Patient population includes endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and ophthalmology
Patient ratio: 1:1

Additional Notes

Float requirements: No
Scrub experience is preferred but not required
Hospital scrubs are provided in blue

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
