Job Overview

  • Patient population includes medical, neuro, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, surgery, and other complex patients except fresh open-heart surgery

  • Patient ratio: 1:1-3

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Indiana
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • NIHSS
  • Driver's License

  • Ascension onboarding requirements education attestation
  • Badge photo with a forward-facing headshot on a white or blue background, with no alterations or filters
  • Pharmacology exam with minimum score of 80%

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
