PT Outpatient
Job Overview

- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, with two 7:00 AM–5:30 PM shifts and two 8:00 AM–6:30 PM shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
Work Expectations
- May need to float across county lines if patient care requires it
- May care for patients with COVID-19
- Holidays as needed

- Manager interview
Time Off / Attendance
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off
Compliance / Onboarding
- 2 professional references required within 3 years of start
- Most recent resume/application required
- Background, fingerprinting, education verification, and health screening requirements apply before start
- Fit testing is required for patient-facing candidates
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required during flu season
