Neuro ICU Travel Contract
Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse

- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
- Hours: 36 per week
- Contract length: 26 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend
- Some holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Compliance / Onboarding
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and Wisconsin BID form required within 90 days of start
- Background check required within 90 days prior to the original start date
- E-Verify required
- Employment application required
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist required annually
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
- Physical exam required by agency standard
- Drug screen required by agency standard
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination required for direct patient care roles
- Varicella documentation or exemption required
- MMR documentation or exemption required
- Photo for badge required
- Communicable disease form required within 90 days of start
Additional Notes
- Candidates returning after a break of less than one year must submit an acceptable exam from the original assignment or complete a new exam
- Some compliance items may require annual renewal
