Job Overview

- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day (4x10 hours), 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule & Call
- On-call required
- Call expectation: 2–3 calls per week and at least 1 weekend per month
- Weekend work required
Required Qualifications
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience working with Adolescent patients
- Experience working with Geriatric patients
Preferred Qualifications
- NBSTSA certification strongly preferred
Case Mix
- Adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
- General and neuro surgery cases
- Cardiovascular cases preferred
Work Setting
- Acute care hospital
- 12 operating rooms
- 178 staffed beds

- No floating within scope
- Locals accepted
- Block scheduling may be accommodated
- RTO restriction: 1 request
Compliance / Onboarding Highlights
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation required

- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit testing required within 12 months of start and annually
- 11-panel drug screen including cotinine or nicotine and marijuana required within 30 days of start

- Tobacco/nicotine-free policy enforced; nicotine use results in cancellation
