RN Case Management

Job Overview

  • Travel RN role in El Paso, Texas
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Case Management (2 years of experience)
  • Case Management experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting
  • MCG (MultiCare Grouping) experience
  • Interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration experience
  • Discharge Planning

Role Summary

  • Coordinates care management, utilization review, and discharge planning
  • Supports comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs
  • Promotes continuity of care, cost effectiveness, and patient satisfaction
  • Advocates for patients and addresses holistic needs

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
