Job Overview
- Travel RN role in El Paso, Texas
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting
- MCG (MultiCare Grouping) experience
- Interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration experience
- Discharge Planning
Role Summary
- Coordinates care management, utilization review, and discharge planning
- Supports comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs
- Promotes continuity of care, cost effectiveness, and patient satisfaction
- Advocates for patients and addresses holistic needs
