Job Overview

- Certified stroke center
- 800-bed inpatient facility
- 100-bed emergency department
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist with 1 year of experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- National certification/verification, as applicable by profession and state
- State license verification, as applicable by profession
- Background check completed within 30 days of start, including required components and all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
- Pennsylvania state exclusions check within 30 days of start
- Pennsylvania FBI fingerprint clearance within 90 days of start
- Pennsylvania child abuse search within 90 days of start
- Pennsylvania PATCH search within 90 days of start
- Pennsylvania Medicheck search within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check upon hire
- HHS/OIG check upon hire
- Education verification for the highest level relevant to the specialty
- Minimum of 2 professional references from employment within 12 months of start
- Employment application with 7 years of complete work history and explanations for gaps over 90 days
- Work history verification covering the last 7 years with no gaps over 30 days
- Physical exam within 2 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Proof of immunity or vaccination for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
- Negative drug screen within 60 days of start
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination form
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
- Fit test questionnaire and respirator clearance
- Signed acknowledgment of orientation safety manual
- Affidavit for provisional employment
