Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer
Job Overview
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Weekend requirement: Every weekend
- Call: Possible occasional call
- Floating: May float within scope to meet facility needs

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty
- BLS
- RDCS - Adults
- Experience in inpatient and ER settings
- Experience with portables and Syngo
- Experience performing:
- 3D Echo
- Bubble Study
- Contrast Agents
- M-Mode
- Pharm Stress Echos
- RIT/RVOT
- TEE
- Treadmill Stress Echos
Preferred Qualifications
- RDCS-Peds
- Experience in outpatient, teaching hospital, PICU, neonate, and NICU settings
- Experience with IV starts, PACS, and biopsies
- Equipment experience with Siemens and Phillips
Additional Notes
- Pending state license accepted
- Ideal time off request is no more than 5 days
- Department scans approximately 75–100 inpatient and outpatient echoes per day
