CT Tech
Overview
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Location: Hanover, Kansas
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Start date: Oct 19 (flexible)
Schedule
- Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Rotation: Wednesday to Wednesday; 12-hour shifts on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday, then 4 hours on Saturday/Sunday
- Call: Wednesday night to Tuesday morning every other week; 3 to 4 nights per week and every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Kansas
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT (CT)
- Locals accepted at the same rate
Required Documents / Compliance
- Unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Background check within 1 year of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years, with annual updates
- EPLS/GSA/SAM verification upon hire
- HHS/OIG verification upon hire
- Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
- Primary source state license verification prior to facility start and upon expiration
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire
- Drug screen within the last 12 months of start
- 2 professional references within 3 years of start
- Skills checklist
Health Requirements
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination, or declination
- Varicella immunity, vaccination, or history of chicken pox
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption on the facility-specific form

- On-call coverage is part of the assignment.
