CT Tech
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Asheboro, North Carolina
- Day shift: 4x10s, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- May occasionally float to other facilities
- First-time travelers are accepted
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist with 2 years of experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- ARRT (R)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Adult or Pediatric patients
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
- Driver's License
- PACS experience
- Portable imaging experience
- GE imaging equipment experience
- Siemens imaging equipment experience
- X-Ray abdomen/GI experience
- X-Ray spine/pelvis experience
- CT abdomen experience
- CT pelvis experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with infants and pediatrics
- Samsung X-ray experience
Clinical Skills / Procedures
- X-ray: extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, upper and lower extremities
- CT: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction
- ED imaging: outpatient CT and X-ray, cardiac CT, pulmonary vein CT, cardiac calcium scoring, perfusion studies
