Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Dialysis (1 year of experience)
- Dialysis experience within the last year
- Pediatric Dialysis experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Schedule Details
- Schedule may vary between three 12-hour shifts Monday–Saturday or two 12-hour shifts plus two 6-hour shifts Monday–Saturday
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify proof or attestation
- Background check covering all counties lived or worked in for the past 7 years, plus sex offender search, Missouri and Kansas statewide searches, and Johnson County, KS and Wyandotte County, KS
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Missouri Highway Patrol check
- Parking permit request completed before start
- Health form
- TB questionnaire
- Time-sensitive form submitted within 24–48 hours of signing
- Medication review packet
- OSHA medical evaluation questionnaire
- Physical exam
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- TB screening or chest x-ray
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
- Current season flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption
- 2 supervisory references or performance evaluations verified within 1 year of start
- Complete application/resume
- Pediatric skills checklist
- Internal evaluation if previously worked with the organization for over 2 years
