MS/Tele
Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Cottonwood, Arizona
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12s, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- May float between two med-surg telemetry units and where most needed
- Every other weekend required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- On-call: none
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Key Job Details
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4/5
- Traveler will work in a flex pool
- Strong med-surg/tele experience is preferred by the unit
- ICU/PCU experience is a plus
- Unit manager approval is required for requested time off
Work Environment
- Short-term acute care teaching facility with Level IV trauma designation
- Standard med-surg/tele equipment
- Cerner charting
- Navy blue scrubs
