Job Overview
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Weekend nights, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Hours: 36 per week
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Call: Not required
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state-issued driver’s license or ID
- High school diploma, GED, or higher education level that meets the position’s minimum education requirement
- State license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- National certification verification required within 30 days of start for CT Tech
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
- 7-year criminal background check required within 30 days of start
- 10-year work history verification required
- 2 former direct supervisor references required
- Current resume covering the last 7 years of employment, including explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Negative 8-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- TB questionnaire required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required by 11/30 for working candidates
- COVID vaccination is strongly preferred; declinations are accepted
- Tdap is mandatory for ER, Respiratory Care, OB/GYN, Newborn Nursery, NICU, PICU, Labor/Delivery, and LDRP positions
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation required
- Hepatitis A documentation required for Pediatric/PICU positions and caregivers at Spencer and Meadowlake campuses
- Fit testing required onsite before start
- Vehicle information form required before clearance
- Oklahoma Offender Registration Act acknowledgment required before start
- Policy, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and drug/alcohol-free workplace acknowledgments required before start
- Oklahoma responsibilities and rights form required before start
- Fingerprinting and OK Screen clearance required for certain facilities listed in the source
Additional Notes
- EPIC class is required if the candidate has not had EPIC experience within the last 6 months
- Patient Care Orientation Class is required for all RNs
