Behavioral Health RN Job

Shift
- Evening shift, 5x8 hours, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Assignment Length
- 26 weeks
- Expected to last at least a year, but the length is not guaranteed
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State registered nurse license and current registration
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- PALS certification
- Competency exam
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam for RNs
- 2 references
Required Checks and Documentation
- Fingerprinting
- SEL, SCR, SAM, Medicare, and Medicaid checks
- Background check
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months before start
- TB questionnaire annually
- Drug test within 1 year of start
- Proof of measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and influenza status
- COVID-19 booster preferred, not required
