Overview
- Location: Marlton, New Jersey
- Employment type: Travel/Contract

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Home Health (2 years of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with OASIS
Schedule
- Every 5th weekend
- Every other holiday
Role Details
- Patients are primarily discharges from hospitals and nursing facilities
- Common care areas include wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, heart failure, diabetes, oncology, post-surgical care, and orthopedics
- Productivity expectation is 6 visits per day or equivalent; admissions count as 2 visits
