Registered Nurse — Charlottesville, Virginia
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role
- Night shift
- 13-week assignment
- 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Float pool role covering various acute care med-surg and telemetry units
- Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
- Can approve 40 hours of time off
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience with Epic
- Must adhere to float policy
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS certification
Unit Coverage
- May float across acute care nursing areas including geriatrics/palliative care, orthopedics & trauma, medicine, surgical, neurology, epilepsy & stroke, acute cardiology, neurosurgery, vascular, heme/onc, solid organ transplant, thoracic cardiovascular, digestive health, special pathogens, and ED boarders
- Does not include ICU or intermediate care units

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
