Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Occupational Therapist license in Texas
- Pediatric Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Pediatric Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Occupational Therapist experience
Assignment Details
- No floating
- No call
- No 48-hour shifts
- No block scheduling
- Solid color scrubs required
- Traveler must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Clinical Setting
- 21 beds
- OT caseload patients are seen 3 to 5 times per week
- Staffing in NICU includes one OT and one ST
Submission Notes
- Submissions missing required information will be rejected
- Permanent home address and SS# must be included on submission
