Job Overview
- Travel/contract physical therapy role in Yuma, Arizona
- Home health setting with home visits and periodic office meetings
- Day shift, 5x8 schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 13-week assignment
- 40 hours per week
- Average patient load: 5–6 per day
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
- Territory includes Yuma city/Ft Hills area, with travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
- Experience with Homecare Homebase

- Guaranteed hours are not provided
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Weekend coverage and on-call needs vary by location and should be discussed during the interview
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Travel is compensated from patient home to patient home; commute to the first and last patient is not billable
