PT Outpatient
Location
- Nashua, New Hampshire
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Travel/contract role
- First-time travelers accepted
- Travelers within 50 miles receive a lower rate
Schedule
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- Monday, Wednesday: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- No call
- Fridays only for weekend coverage
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Additional Requirements
- Two current professional references from the last 3 years, including one supervisor reference
- Employment application

- Background check and required state/federal screenings
- Social Security verification
- Education verification
- Transcript and diploma if education verification is pending or cannot be completed
- Passport-style photo for badge
- Physical exam within 1 year before start
- Annual fit mask test
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation or vaccination records
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved declination
- Drug screen within 14 days before start
- Respiratory safety clearance
- New Hampshire BAAS state registry results
