- 5 years of RN experience
- 2 years of management/leadership experience

Role Summary
- Directs nursing/patient care operations for women’s care
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing departmental operations
- Oversees quality standards, competency of nursing personnel, performance improvement, and budget support
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, laws, standards, and protocols
