Schedule
- Night shift
- 3x12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Arkansas
- 2 years of float experience
- Float experience within the last year
- Stepdown experience
- Critical Care Float experience
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- Critical care experience preferred
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
Unit / Assignment Details
- Float position
- May support ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
- May care for pediatric patients when floated to the ER, depending on RN experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Lead within the nursing team
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care
