RN Telemetry Float Pool
Overview
- Location: Salem, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 11:00 - 23:30
- Schedule: Evenings and every other weekend
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Float pool telemetry RN covering multiple med/surg telemetry areas across the hospital
- Must be willing to float to 8 different units
- Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips
- Free on-site parking
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- 2 years of experience working as a Traveler
- 2 years or more of total travel experience
- Float experience within the last year
- Float experience
Additional Assignment Details
- Days and evenings rotate with 1 to 3 rotations to nights per contract
- Patient ratios: up to 5:1 on days/eves and up to 6:1 on nights
