Cath Lab Technician
Location
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Contract

Schedule
- 4 ten-hour shifts per week
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- On-call rotation: every 5th weekend, plus 1 day per week
Required Qualifications
- Cath Lab Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within 1 year
- Core exam completed within 1 year
- Resume
- 2 professional references
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- License or certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- Trinity profile
- Code of conduct form
- Confidentiality and information security agreement
- Integrity and audit services form
- Motor vehicle report dated within 30 days of start
- Criminal background check dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification
- EPLS screening dated within 30 days of start
- GSA/OIG screening dated within 30 days of start
- NSO screening dated within 30 days of start
- System access form completed 1 week before start
- Fingerprinting
- Pennsylvania child abuse clearance dated within 30 days of start
- Pennsylvania PATCH clearance completed within 30 days of start
Health / Immunization Requirements
- Drug screen completed before start
