Operating Room RN
Overview
- Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8.5 hours, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Rotation includes late days until 7:00 PM, 1–2 times per week
- Call is currently covered, but may be possible
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- 2 years of Operating Room experience
- One completed travel assignment
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Required Certifications
- ACLS
Required Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check completed before start and updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- HHS/OIG screening
- NURSYS verification, as applicable
- State license primary source verification
- Competency exam, as applicable
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Signed confidentiality and information security acknowledgment
- Review and sign orientation and standards documents before start
- Complete facility modules before start
- Complete required health screening and immunization documentation before start
- Two professional references within 3 years of start
- Employment application
- Skills checklist, updated annually
- Current COVID vaccination or COVID declination form
- Flu vaccination documentation or approved declination/waiver
- Tdap within 10 years or declination
- TB screening and annual TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or documentation
- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Passport-style photo for badge

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
