Home Health RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Roseburg, Oregon
Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Home health setting

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience in Supervisory roles
Driver's License
Hospice experience
Experience with Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS

Work Details

Home visits and periodic office meetings
Territory includes Roseburg and surrounding area
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Average patient load: 5–8 patients per day
Potential for rotating on-call coverage
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

Charting

Must be proficient with HomeCare HomeBase and have used it within the last 6 months
OASIS proficiency is required for RNs

Additional Notes

Scrubs required
Guaranteed hours are not provided
Weekend schedule varies by location and profession

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
