Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (CT)
- Experience with GE, PAC, and Siemens imaging equipment
Required Credentials and Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- PALS certification, as applicable
- NRP certification, as applicable
- National tech certification verification, as applicable
- Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing, as applicable
- State license verification
- Pass/fail testing for EKG/medication, as applicable
- 2 recent verified professional references from managers or supervisors

Health and Screening Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
