Hospice RN Travel/Contract Job
Location
- Newport News, Virginia
Schedule
- Day shift
- 5x8 hours
- 8:00 to 16:30
- 40 hours per week
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Role Overview
- Home hospice case manager
- Census is approximately 35–45 patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Hospice Palliative Care RN experience within the last year
- 1 year of Hospice Palliative Care RN experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a Home Health Hospice setting
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Military Training Network, or American Safety and Health Institute
- Experience with Epic
- E-Verify

- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
