Overview

• General OR position
• Day shift, 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance

• Pharmacology exam completed prior to start and updated every 3 years; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed
• Specialty exam completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed
• Core competencies completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed
• Color vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
• Education attestation completed before clearance
• Nursing contract worker onboarding completed onsite
• Biometric consent required
• Cerner test-out required
• Badge photo required
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• MMR documentation required
• Fit test required
• Hepatitis B documentation required
• Influenza vaccine required
• Health statement required
• Driver’s license or state ID required
• TB testing / questionnaire required
