Overview

Travel/Contract role in Polson, Montana
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
13-week contract
48 hours approved

Role Details

LDRP OB nurse role in a small critical access hospital
Responsibilities include triage, labor, recovery, postpartum care, and newborn care
Float between units: Yes
On-call: No
Weekends: Yes, equally split among staff
Block schedules: No
Expected ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, 1:6
Winter assignment: must work at least one winter holiday, scheduled in pairs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Montana
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
One completed travel assignment
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
ACLS
BLS
NRP
EFM
NURSYS verification required for all RNs

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
