Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Lees Summit, Missouri
• Unit details: average daily census 29; 30 rooms/beds
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:15
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-timers accepted; travel experience is preferred
• Weekend requirement: 4–6 shifts every 6 weeks
• Floating: within service line and to sister facilities as needed
• Local candidates are not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
• No on-call
• No pending license accepted
• No more than 7 days of RTO
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Missouri RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Government-issued ID
• Criminal background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM search
• HHS/OIG search
• Missouri EDL search
• Missouri Highway Patrol check
• Primary source verification of professional license
• NURSYS verification
• Unit-specific competency exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Color blind testing
