Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Lynchburg, Virginia
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- 60-mile radius rule applies
- Biweekly orientation on Mondays
- Travelers float first as needed
Unit / Setting
- Intermediate care unit
- Floats to Intermediate and MedSurg units
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- 1 year of Stepdown experience
- One completed travel assignment
- Med Surg experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- RN license verification via NURSYS
- Minimum 2 manager/charge references within the past 2 years
- Candidate profile/work history
- Specialty-specific skills checklist
- Copy of all required certifications in the submittal packet
Preferred
- 2–3 years minimum overall experience

- Pending certifications may be considered
- Scrubs may be any color; professional appearance required
