Schedule

Required Qualifications
- Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in Oregon
- Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARDMS
Preferred
- No preferred qualifications were stated.
Compliance / onboarding items
- Finalized RTO must be included with submission
- No RTO within the first week of the start date
- No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment
- Criminal background check required
- Physical exam required within 1 year prior to start
- Tdap within 10 years of start, or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year prior to start
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, COVID, flu, drug testing, and respirator clearance requirements apply
- 2 professional references required
