Role Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Iowa
• Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (R)
• Experience in a Procedural Area setting
• Driver's License
• 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures
• Peripheral vascular experience
• Cath Lab Technologist experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Level I trauma experience
• Iowa Radiology license
• ARRT (CI or VI)
• RCIS/CCI
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS
• Professional reference/reference check from within 24 months of today’s date

Additional Details

• No locals; candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license
• 1st time travelers welcomed
• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• Orientation dates: 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays unless the unit is closed
• Call team covers both facilities, with most emergencies at IMMC
• Billable OT applies after 40 hours per week, and after 48 hours per week in one listed scenario
