ICU RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Odessa, Texas
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- 13-week contract
- 48 hours per week
Role Details
- High level PCU RNs or ICU RNs needed
- Will support a newly opened PCU, with ICU patients anticipated
- Will care for MS/Tele, PCU, and/or critical care patients
- May float to MS/Tele, PCU, and critical care areas if census is low
- MS/Tele ratio: 6:1
- Critical Care ratio: 2:1
- Must start no later than 10/20; 10/6 is preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 references within 3 years of start
