CT Tech

Role Overview

CT Tech
Outpatient clinic setting
Start date: ASAP
Assignment length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10 days, Monday-Friday
Occasional Saturdays; no Sundays or holidays
First timers accepted: Yes
Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
May float within scope for xray coverage
Locals not accepted; candidate must live at least 50 miles from the facility
Open to accommodating block schedule: No

Required Qualifications

CT Technologist experience within the last year
Radiology Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (R)
ARRT (CT)
X-ray experience with abdomen/GI
X-ray experience with spine/pelvis
X-ray experience with head/chest/thorax
X-ray experience with musculoskeletal imaging

Preferred Qualifications

Neonates
Infants
Fluoroscopy Studies
Enema Studies

Schedule Notes

No on-call
Weekend requirement: occasional Saturday

Providence Imaging Center
Most patients are mobile
Patients include many follow-up cancer diagnosis cases
Duties include starting IVs, running i-STAT for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
