Pediatric/NICU RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Lafayette, Indiana
- Based in the Pediatrics Department
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 18:00–6:30
- 13-week contract
- First-time travelers accepted
- Locals not accepted
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- Floating required to Pediatrics and NICU
- Candidate must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1.5 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Pediatrics experience
- State license verification required
- Unit competency exam required
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required
- Color Blind Testing required
- Minimum of 2 references from recent employment
- Employment application must be current and include work history
- Skills checklist required
- Application must account for 7 years of history and all gaps
Preferred
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
