Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Experience with Epic

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
