CT Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Milwaukie, Oregon
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 20:00–08:00
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend overnights required
- 1:1 ratios
- Will be the only tech working overnight
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Based in a short-term acute care hospital with 59 beds
- Teaching hospital
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- NURSYS verification required as applicable; required for all RNs
- State license verification required as applicable for allied professionals
- Tech certification verification required as applicable
- Education verification required for all candidates
- 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
- Skills checklist required for the applicable unit
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable by profession
- Competency exam required as applicable by profession/specialty
- Fit mask testing required for all new travel starts
- RespSafety clearance required for all travel starts
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- COVID vaccination record or declination
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Background check within 90 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
- Washington State Patrol search is required for Washington and border facility placements
- Oregon/Washington multi-state licensed nurse attestation applies only if working under an out-of-state compact license in Washington
