Description

Physical Therapist

Overview

  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8-5, Monday-Friday
  • Setting: 95% outpatient, about 5% LTC and Skilled Swing
  • Housing is not included, but a list of names will be provided at additional cost

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
  • Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS

Job Details

  • Individualized physical therapy care including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication
  • Must be able to treat most patients that walk through the door
  • Open-minded and willing to adapt to the community’s “Friends healing Friends” approach
  • Able to take suggestions and give suggestions
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
